Christianity in the Middle East

For authors

Dear authors,
The journal "Christianity in the Middle East" invites the publication of original research, relevant to the subject of the publication.

Authors wishing to publish in the journal should familiarize themselves with the Rules for Submitting Manuscripts, the Regulations on Peer Review, and the Ethics of Scientific Publications.

The presented publication rules are developed by the editors of the journal and are mandatory for potential authors. The rules for the design of a bibliographic description in the Roman alphabet are a standard developed by the journal and necessary for the design of all manuscripts without exception.

The journal strives to meet the high international requirements for writing and designing scientific articles, and encourages authors to submit their work in an acceptable format for publication.

The journal is interested in publishing articles devoted to the study of the Christian religion with a strictly regional reference - the Greater Middle East. When selecting articles for the formation of issues, an unconditional priority is given to studies covering the modern period of the position of Christianity in the Middle East (1917-present). In addition, the journal aims to develop theology as a scientific specialty. Articles of authors who do not correspond to the subject of the journal are placed in the section "Issues of Theology".

All authors will be provided with one or more printed copies of the publication.

In 2024-2025, individual issues of the journal will have a narrowly focused content. Manuscripts on the following topics will be accepted for publication on a priority basis:
